GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT TRAININGS

• Sailing yachting and maritime trainings are organized in the form of training programs with overnight departures on weekends, on weekdays or with accommodation at different times in summer and winter periods. All of the trainings are carried out in the yacht class with fully equipped sailing yachts with a length of 10 meters or more.  

• All of the trainings are carried out in accordance with the TUYEP curriculum, theoretically and practically.  It takes 36 hours each. All of the trainings are done at sea, on the boat. Daily outgoing trainings are held with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people, while training programs with accommodation are carried out with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 people. Thus, effective and proper education is provided for the people, and each student does all the work to be done on the boat in order.

  • Use of main machines, auxiliary machines, various equipment (water maker, generator, etc.)

  • Navigation and navigation, electronic navigation aids

  • Rules for avoiding conflict at sea

  • VHF use

  • Maritime culture and life at sea

  • Engine course and maneuvers

  • Rigging and hardware

  • Parts of the sail, sailing courses, maneuvers

  • Ropes, ties

  • Man overboard maneuvers

  • Departure, berthing, mooring, stern mooring

  • Boat, engine use

  • Engine, mechanical, electrical and simple diagnostics

  • Inclement weather and storm tactics  

• If you wish, you can also take Sailing Yachting and Maritime training on your own boat. like this  You can both get to know your own boat better and receive special training.

• We provide Motor yacht Operation and Maritime trainings for boat owners who buy motor boats. These trainings last for a minimum of 12 hours and are offered in longer training sessions upon request.

• You may have studied at another sailing school or own your own boat. You can get training from us on the subjects you feel lacking (departure/berthing, navigation, engine, mechanic, anchoring etc.) or you can join the training programs we will do in order to increase your experience or in the boat transfers we make from home and abroad.
